I did not need any customer service so I left those stars empty. The 24 inch mandala was packaged very well. The box arrived safely at my door in a timely manner. Opening the box was exciting. The mandala is stunning! I am so glad I bought it. The tiny mirrors reflect any light coming in, which adds to it's artistic appeal. The colors are vibrant and the pattern is spot on perfect. I can not see a single flaw or mistake. The entire canvas is even and perfectly spaced. It is super easy to hang because it is so light weight, and, there is no top or bottom. It can't be hung "wrong". I looked at many sites before settling on this one. This seller charges a fair price for her artistry. Most of the other sites I visited were charging a lot more for the same quality of work.
